Death Valley At Dawn

Recently our team has several conversations with avid cyclists in the southern Nevada community.  They often ask about our route and when they hear that we are headed through Death Valley, the go-to response is that we should ride our route through the area at night.  

Of course, we aren't doing that.  Just like we add challenge to our daily endeavor by riding from east to west rather than west to east, we are riding through Death Valley during the daytime.
